Thank you! This information is so helpful and important. It concerns probably the majority of me,n at least in our western culture Still you only got so little views. Well, I feel almost special having the courage to take responsibility for myself. It seems that mainstream media was pretty successful hijacking and deluding peoples brain. I have been clean for 17 days and feel so much better about myself. The inner guiding voice is getting more powerful since I chose to nourish it.

- This is where learning the language of recovery comes into effect. Once you learn how to strengthen the prefrontal cortex, you will gradually learn how to manage those feelings of sexual arousal that you are talking about. It will take some time but it is possible.

- learning the language of recovery is a process. It will take some time but constant acknowledgement will help you to strengthen that small voice, again.

What do you do for the person who's so good at squashing that "still small voice" that they're totally desensitized to it?
