@SuperDuperEpic18 I heard yesterday that my parents are divorcing too and they also have been together for 20 years.. I'm crying right now. I'm scared I'll lose my twin brother. I know how you feel..

my parents are getting a divorce at the end of this year after a 25 year marriage. dad's been cheating on mom for 10 years. Im 19 and this isn't easy at all. I will say i have a boyfriend who's been helping me for over 2 years. I have an anger issue now, I start counselling next week. We'll all get through it, it's a life experience. Be strong. @girlswithdreams my mom accused dad of cheating and shes trying to hit him and stab him she vandalized all his stuff while im in the middle holding my mother back, im thirteen i cant cope with this i most likely will never see my father again because she said i never want to see him again and im still crying it happened a few minutes ago but they fight almost every month

My parents got a divorce 3 months ago and i didn't face it until now and i had a huge breakdown i miss my old family a lot... My 12th birthday is coming up and i don't know what to do because i want my whole family to be there but its going to be awkward i miss my old family

My parents got divorced, and I'm only fourteen. To make things worse it's my freshmen year in high school. I'm always so moody, and crying. My grades are slipping, and my parents both talk to me so that I give them support and sympathy! It hurts for me to smile to no happiness. I really need help, please. =,(

My parents got divorced when I was in 3rd grade. I'm now in 12th grade and, like punkcalvin said, they do use you as chess pawns until YOU put a stop to it. Took me 9 years to finally stand up to my parents( at different times) and tell them that it's my life and not theirs to fuck with. Divorced parents suck, but imagine them married...even worse.

@voldemortrules101 Big time, I find myself giving more of the middle finger response to their problems than being sympathetic.... I know that sounds heartless but (TO ANYONE ACTUALLY READING THIS) divorced parents use you like chess pawns whether you know it or not, they constantly disregard your opinons and chalk it up to the other parent controlling, and on top of it all they lie to you after they ''fight'' leaving out important details or completely reading something out of context.

Hi,My parents divorced when I was little. But it gets worse and worse every single year. At Christmas they fight over who should have me and my two brothers, at weekends they argue about stupid things like money over the phone. I cry so much and I feel all alone.
