http://www.livenowassociation.... three of a five part Live Now conversation. Helen is awakening to her true spiritual nature. Live Now was developed in the early 70s by Al Mejia who was addicted to alcohol. He was in the 12 step program at AA when he began working on himself. He went on to work with other people with alcohol addiction and drug addiction and other addictions. He found that working with addiction was no different that working with other mental health issues. Live Now provides the tools to eliminate addictive behavior. It is the thinking that had the addiction; not the person.

@LI4E1 As Helen said under Alcoholism Recovery, she felt it was a great benefit for her to be recorded. It was something she wanted to do. She shared what she was comfortable sharing. If you would like to ask her any questions you can.Live Now is an alternative therapy that must be experienced to be understood. These videos are a tool to experience and move forward in the process.
