the grandparents did this and the law won't punish them so the law is responsible they don't want to punish them they will hold the blame and if my son starts to do things against me like want to fight me then I will take that as attack by the grandparents, the courts and the police.

PAS is NOT a medically recognized! In fact, it is an untested and debunked theory. APA Statement on PAS - The American Psychological Association believes all mental health practitioners as well as law enforcement officials and the courts must take any reports of domestic violence in divorce and child custody cases seriously. An APA 1996 Presidential Task Force on Violence and the Family noted the lack of data to support "parental alienation syndrome" and raised concern about the term's use.
