- understand that you have been training yourself to act out for many years, now it will take some time to retrain the brain so you don't have to act out to find clarity. We recommend doing your dailies. You can download it on the right side of our web site, for free.

The problem is that when not acting out, the craving doesn't cease. It stays, which makes me paralyzed. I feel very distracted, and cannot do any study or mental work. If I do any, I am very slow. And that keeps going on until I get a release: either by wet dream or acting out. So I keep going to sleep, which sounds like an escape, but it is mainly a hope for the wet dream. Help!!!!!!!!!!

Great questions! Again, willingness seems to be the key. Willing to surrender, willing to listen, willing to be honest, willing to be consistant. I lost "my addict" to her addiction because ultimately, she wasn't willing to do whatever it took. Mostly this translated into being honest about who she is and what she's done. She carried an inmense amount of shame which led to incredible denial. Also, I suspect she preferred the short term solution of acting out too much...

Thank you Gordon for another fine set of videos. It was a very clever idea to pitch them at addicts during times of craving. The questionaire format is extremely useful.

We apologize. We have uploaded this video 3 different times and the audio is still out of sync. It works perfectly on our computer. We will continue to try to fix this. |
