@doglover140 i went through the same thing... I cut, every day i would walk home thinking "i could kill myself tonight, nobody would notice." then one day my school handed out these bracelets that had the national suicide hotline on it. It reminded me of my best friend's brother. He had sexualy assaulted me. I got up, and threw it in the trash, and ran out of the room. I grabbed my stuff from my locker, and my teacher stopped me, and my whole story spilled out. If you want to talk message me

Try talking to God, you can tell Him everything, He wants to help all those who believe in His son Jesus Christ and that He died for us. He will lighten your burden for you, trust me, He did for me. I had to stop being so reactive to everything and begin to be proactive and take charge of my life. God will heal us if we truly believe that He will.(2nd Timothy 1:7)--For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind..He will help U if you will trust in Him.

@TashaRichardsonFan I know EXACTLY how you feel! I'v got a councillor, but I can't actually tell her how I feel... because she'd go crazy, and I just can't deal with that right now, itd make things worse, but fix things in the long run... I want to do it too, but I know I shouldn't. I'd hurt all the people around me... I hope you are okay now, as your comment was made 5 months ago, I hope you are okay.

chances are, they're not going to do that.not all therapy techniques work. Talk with someone you're close to. It might help. If it doesn't, I'll look for more answers to help you :)everyone deserves to live

I think about suicide everyday. I go to therapy every week, but it still seem hopeless. :( I am scare to tell my therapist about it. I don't want her to throw me inside the mental hospital. I am scare. Very scare.
