Open Training Night at the Ng Family Chinese Martial Arts Association Headquarters in Chicago


A small video-clip of an open training night at the NFCMAA headquarters in Chicago's Chinatown. In addition to structured classes, the NFCMAA academy provides open training sessions throughout the week where the training atmosphere is more akin to that of an open gym where members are free to work on what they choose (traditional Choy Lay Fut forms, Ving Tsun chi-sau, full-contact drills, etc.) and are free to ask attending instructors for training advice and coaching.
