@thorndra does anyone know where i can find some clips of people who have survived a suicide attempt and are now experiencing a good life, telling their story and offering words of hope and inspiration to anyone who may be at that point themselves? As if to talk them out of it.

i get stressed out about everything, especially academic stuff. I don't like when I get a lower grade than someone whom I KNOW generally gets lower grades than me...

I had an overdose and ended up back in the mental health clinic for an appointment, I really wanted to talk about how I'd been feeling and without my parents watching, instead my parents both sat there with a man who was convinced I was just bored. I felt undermined and silly..so now I feel alone, sad and stuck again.
