i had serious depression last year and signs of bipolar and i never got help with alot of help from my friends who were the only one sthat knew i made it through and imress and pain coping alot better with life but i put my friends and myself through alot because i was to scared to get help.......

Sometime a teen only share this Suicidal thoughts only with friend , there are a solution please encourage your friend to look for a professional help
