Counseling Interventions are you can't help people unless they want help, talking about getting help or therapy is not the same as going and getting it.If you give a pill taker addict a pill every now and then you are helping to support the problem they have as much as giving a Alcoholic a drink every now and then to stop the shakes you are feeding the addiction, let the hospital deal with the issue or the treating doctor do their job.You can sweep it under the rug or you can do some intervention services for your loved one, to get help and seek help, if they don't want help then you can't help them through the most painful experience they have dependency.Most problems is a fear of loss, or rejection as I said a person can only get help if they want help and not just saying this.Tommorrow the problem will still be their for them, but for family and friends it can be a life time seeing what is happening daily and hourly.
