No. Learn to do it with no money. Use the zero down structures I teach. If you don't have money to invest, don't let that keep you from becoming an investor... just learn to do it with no money or credit. That is what I teach in my free newsletter.

No, a bigger down payment would result in a smaller payment, but the interest rate is negotiated separately. I'd suggest you do it the way I teach and not use down payments or conventional loans at all. - Joe
